We were in at the beginning of 21st Century with Kozhikode’s Infrastructure development., for producing premium quality Aluminium glazed curtain walling. Our rapid expansion across the States, mirrors the success of our Company and we eagerly await a new decade of challenge and service. Our accomplishments to date include projects such as the P1, P2, P3, P4.
Founded in 2008 as an aluminium doors & windows manufacturer, VAJRA underwent a concerted diversi cation programme in the end of same year that resulted in the creation of a group of integrated operating divisions o ering a comprehensive range of construction & industrial products. These products/services are licensed with the leading European & American brands and with Consultants across the States.
VAJRA is in a position to provide innovative custom-designed quality solutions to all your architectural Metal Work. This is made possible due to VAJRA’s large sheet metal workshop, high quality nishing, a very well equipped welding bay with TIG and MIG welding machines and highly trained and skilled workforce. Vajra employees have a wealth of experience and a high level of technical experience that ensure its delivery of products to the highest standards.

Operational Overview
Vajra’s technical offering includes a design team of architects and engineers whose depth experience and technical knowledge allow them to design solutions that are creative cost effi cient and of high quality. Our technical and design staff who operate over Computer Aided Design (CAD) stations ensure our clients receive tailor made solutions with the highest level of value engineering.
Vajra’s outsourced plant is equipped with technically advanced and computer aided machinery that are operated by well trained and highly skilled staff.
Experienced factory managers and supervisors ensure exacting standards are met and that production targets are met. All procedures follow guidelines set out in our company quality assurance manual which is in line with ISO9001 requirements.
Vajra manages its projects through its project management team that are headed by well experienced Project Directors and Project Managers. Furthermore, each project management team is comprised with support staff including engineers, co-ordinators, QS’s, QA/QC, Staff Engineers, site supervisors, etc. that ensure proper project planning and delivery.

As an industry leader for over 34 years, Vajra has earned a well-respected name in today’s building trade. The quality, performance and aesthetic beauty of our products permits architects to fully utilize the unique structural properties of aluminum for both interior and exterior design.
Engineering :
Vajra’s engineering staff constantly updates product design to satisfy the aesthetic values, structural integrity, performance requirements and economic concerns of today’s most demanding projects. Assistance is available for the architect and consultant during the material specifi cation selection and detailing phase a project. All manufacturing drawings are pre-pared by using the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages.
Production :
Producing competitively priced high quality products on time for customers is our top priority. To accomplish this goal, we strategically located & outsourced two production facilities. The production plants are equipped with “state-of-the-art” machinery plus metal working equipment and manned by highly skilled and experienced fabricators. Vajra has fabricat-ed thousands of windows, doors, curtain wall / entrance and skylight confi gu-rations.
Project Management :
Utilizing computerized project scheduling software, highly experienced project managers are able to provide contractors and consultants with the information required to maintain “time-line” control of even the most complex projects.
